Delivery – Australian residents
Once you have placed your order and submitted your payment details, the transaction will be processed and shoes sent out via Registered Express post. If for any reason we are out of stock of the particular item, your account will be credited immediately.
Delivery will be arranged immediately at a cost for Australian residents as follows:
- $10 for the first pair
- $5 for additional pairs.
- Orders for $500 and above, will be delivered free.
You will pay for delivery only once, this means that if the product does not fit or is unsuitable for the purpose intended, we will:
Re-send another product or size without additional delivery costs to you.
Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.

International shipping will be calculated as follows:
RETURNS POLICY
We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and we proudly stand by our product.
- We are happy to exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase, this also applies to Sale Items that are purchased online, sale shoes and handbags that are purchased in a store are not refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.
- We require a receipt for all returns
- Returns without a receipt will only be exchanged at the current selling price
- All merchandise returned for exchange must be unworn.
STOCK LEVELS
As part of our service we try to keep our customers informed of the stock level of all our shoes, and keep these levels accurate. There are cases when despite our efforts these stock levels are wrong, in which case if you have placed an order for a sold out item we will immediately provide a refund and apologise for any inconveniences caused. |
